The Story behind
BMM AVOCAT & ADVOKAT was founded by Bettina MONSONEGO MEINECHE.
Bettina MONSONEGO MEINECHE is a lawyer, member of both the Danish Bar and Law Society and the French bar association.
She studied law at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and at the University of Lyon, France, with a specialization in international law.
She was admitted to the French and Danish Bars in 1991 and first practiced at the Danish law firm DRAGSTED ADVOKATER in Copenhagen where she was, in particular, in charge of Franco-Danish affairs.
She was then chosen to create and developpe the French subsidiary of DRAGSTED Law firm in Paris, as a partner, a subsidiary that she managed until 1994.
In 1995, Bettina MONSONEGO MEINECHE, created her own firm and settled in the South of France.
The main purpose of BMM AVOCAT & ADVOKAT is to assist and advise foreign clients, particularly Scandinavian, in France.
Maître MONSONEGO MEINECHE is also a mediator and has been since 2006.
